Already advertising on TikTok but opening a new TikTok Shop? You will be incentivized based on your incremental revenue performance in Q2.

The Reward: Advertisers will receive an incentive equal to 60% of their Q2 spend, provided their incremental revenue in Q2 exceeds $1,000 (Capped at $5,000).

For Existing Advertisers with Existing Shops

For seasoned advertisers looking to scale their current shops, the program focuses on the Week-over-Week (WoW) increase in your Daily Run Rate (DRR), which is the average media spend in a single day.

  • Tier 1: WOW DRR increase of 20% ➔ Receive 20% incremental incentive
  • Tier 2: WOW DRR increase of 40% ➔ Receive 40% incremental incentive
  • Tier 3: WOW DRR increase of 60% ➔ Receive 60% incremental incentive

Note: If the WoW increase is 30% or below, advertisers will not qualify for the following week’s incentive. The maximum reward remains capped at $5,000.

Eligibility requirements to join the program

Target Markets and Shop Requirements

  • Target Country: This program is strictly for Non-SEA (Non-Southeast Asia) markets.
  • License: Registration licenses from all markets are accepted.

Defining “Net New” vs. “Existing” Advertisers

  • Net New Advertisers: You must have exactly $0 historical spend on TikTok. Your very first ad spend must occur in Q2’26. Crucial rule: If you have past advertising revenue on TikTok managed via any other agency, you will NOT be counted as a net new advertiser.
  • Existing Advertisers: Any client who has spent money on TikTok ads previously, regardless of the country, falls into the existing category.

  • Minimum Spend Penalty: Accounts that enroll but fail to meet the required minimum spend thresholds will be disqualified from joining any future TikTok incentive programs.
  • Program Level: Incentives are evaluated and applied at the Opportunity & Shop ID level.
  • Maximum Cap: Total incentives cannot exceed $5,000 per shop.
  • Eligible Campaign Type: Only spending on Shop Ads will be counted toward the incentive tiers.
  • No Double Dipping: This program is exclusive. Clients who receive an incentive from this specific activation program are not allowed to claim rewards from other parallel TikTok incentive programs.
  • Strict Penalties: Any client caught “double-dipping” will be blacklisted and immediately disqualified from receiving any Short-Term Incentives (STI) for the rest of 2026, including discretionary budgets.
